Came in for service today on my Slingshot. I was greeted with a warm welcome, and a great smile.

Oh, my service advisor(Lawrence Reynolds) was the best! Very helpful, very friendly, very knowledgeable and Mr. Lawrence got me in and out in a very timely manner. I must admit, Mr. Lawrence made me feel like a friend and family. I just want to say the redline Powersports team always make me feel welcome.

The extraordinary service department at MB Red Line is unmatched. I recently required so many things, including a new battery, replacement parts, and education on battery tenders. Joey and Antonio in the service Dept are 5 star employees. They were cordial, professional and actually spent time with me. Joey said he would not charge me for the seat heat install and Antonio did more maintenance then required. He spent time with me and gave me pointers using my Honda Pioneer. I will be back. Great repair shop! These guys are top-notch mechanics. Always have my bike in and out no matter what the issue is. Prices are unbeatable. I bring my bike from 50 miles away but well worth the drive, especially when I don't have to deal with the price gouging and back log of local shops. I highly recommend Redline.
